It’s been a year and a half since I’ve started waking up 5.30 in the morning, and since then, it remains the best decision I’ve made for me. Waking up early can literally alter your life — if not completely change it. Hence, I am going to give you five amazing benefits that I experienced over the last 1.5 years and I will give practical ways to train your body and mind to wake up at 5.30 AM. It’s tough but not impossible.
1. Extra time:
Time is money. Time is everything and when you wake up at 5.30 AM, it gives you 1 or 2 hours extra to be more productive. I’ve studied many remarkable people and most of them have one thing in common — waking up early morning. Even science has confirmed it that early birds are more productive and creative.
With these extra hours, you can work on your fitness or your business. I usually do all the thinking in between 5.30 AM to 6.30 AM for my company because at that time everyone is sleeping. No one out there to distract you. You will have a fresh mind, full tank of willpower, the serene atmosphere around you and less chaotic mind.
2. Fitness consistency:
I consider this as one of the best advantages of waking up early. I heard you — training is boring. But, it’s not that you have to go to a gym and pumping iron grueling at yourself. You can do any activity that you like: Zumba, Dance, Aerobics, Running. It also gives you time to make yourself a good healthy breakfast so you don’t jump into junk food at your work.
3. Boost your creativity:
As I mentioned earlier, early birds are more creative. Can you do more productive things after coming job? Most likely not. Our willpower is like a battery and it gets depleted throughout the day. In the morning you have a full battery and right time to eat the frog. It’s difficult to work after coming from an exhausting job until and unless you’re driven by powerful internal force.
As a result, your morning hours give more creativity to your life. You can think of new ideas for side income or work to elevate your job skills. No one will distract you, not even your mobile and TV. Who will text you at 5.30 AM! You can divert your mind to think about your life, about you. Distractions are like disease and early mornings are the cure.
4. Habit construction:
To wake up at 5.30 AM, you must go to bed early. Thus, you will provide less time to watch meaningless videos or TV drama — which are good for nothing at night. It will construct new habits. It makes you more disciplined and consistent.
5. Passive Income:
Are you not happy with the current salary structure of your job? No worries! Welcome to 5.30 AM club. You can divert these extra hours to make more passive income and there is no limit to it. You give yourself an opportunity to earn handsome money just by working 30 Minutes to an hour a day. Yes! You heard it right.
